When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days although I aim to dispatch ASAP. Please note that this is the turnaround time (the time it takes to process your order) and not the delivery time which is once your order has been posted.

Returns

Please note, items which are personalised or customised to your specifications cannot be returned.
Gifts containing perishable goods (food) or bath and beauty products also cannot be returned.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged then you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that your items have been damaged. In such case, please email: jorjanihomeandgifts@gmail.com and we will advise you how to proceed. Do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s damaged. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging. We cannot reimburse you for return postage. We’ll notify you via email of your refun once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Personalisation

Customisable products will display a personalisation box on the product page with details in the product description as to what information is needed.
Please make sure spelling etc. are correct as the exact text will be used to personalise your order. I try my hardest to make sure orders are processed as fast as possible to get them out to you so it won’t be possible to fix mistakes made. So please take your time and double check your spelling/wording.

Please note discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any offer.
